Just wanted to send a letter to tell you and your staff what a great job your company did coordinating the “Connect 2002” event Thursday, March 28 th 2002 at the Raddison South in Bloomington Minnesota.

The e-mails even before the show started, were helpful to keep me on track.

I participate in 15 to 20 shows per year and I cannot remember a show that I’ve attended where it seems all the “small” details were thought of.

I forgot to pack a power cord for a data projector and asked one of your staff members if he could help, to my surprise he reached into a bag at his side and had the cord I needed!

The people that we met during the day were the type of contacts that could use our products. The “pace” of the show was also well timed. (not too busy, not too slow).

I had never written a letter before to a trade show organizer but your attention to the details left an impression on me.

I will be attending your show next year and will let my co-workers know of other shows you are having around the country.
