Agenda Ad Specs

There are two ad sizes, front cover full page and back cover half page. Front cover portrait full page ads are reserved for title sponsors, and are 70% of an 8.5x11 page. Event sponsors receive half of an 8.5"x11" back cover ad.

If you are not a sponsor and wish to advertise in the agenda, space will be sold on an advertisement only-basis only if space is available 30 days before the event.

With a .25 inch white space margin all around, the edge-to-edge ad sizes are as follows:

- Front Page Ad: 7.7" high by 6.0" wide

- Half Page Ad: 5.0" high by 8.0" wide

The agendas and all advertisements are photocopied (not printed), so true black & white works best. When in doubt, try photocopying your ad and check the results. Originals should be sent via ground mail or a file can be sent via e-mail for best results. These must be received two week prior to the event date.

Agenda Inserts: Presenters who have pre-arranged to do so may also create inserts form the agenda according to the Insert Guidelines.
