Vendors are encouraged to announce their involvement in Connect events to their clients (and/or prospects). Although you can do this in any fashion you would like, we recommend a fax sent to your clients which borrows liberally from the fax that Chambers send to their members announcing the event. We recommend that you insert specific information about what you will be presenting at this event.
If you would like our sales team to call, email, or fax to your clients or prospects on your behalf, we will be happy to do so. Please call your sales rep or the event manager (listed on the upper right-hand section of your event reservation form), and we will make all the arrangements.
Vendor clients who send more than one attendee to the event will receive a portion of those enrollments free. Also, we will mention your specific involvement in the event in our telephone and in-person presentations.
A limited pool of free afternoon enrollments are set aside for the sponsors to give to key clients after the event is sold out. About 25% of our attendees go home after lunch, which opens up a few briefing seats. If you have a few clients that you would like to invite to sit in on your afternoon briefings, please let us know and we will give you the URL to the free pass enrollment form. Free afternoon passes are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Local restrictions may apply.
