Exhibit spaces are 8'x10'
and include:

your own power cords)

▪ Two lunch passes

exhibit area

The exhibit area is a small
portion of the Connect event,
limited to a handful of booths.

Traffic draws through the
exhibit area all day long, but
it is especially high before
and after lunch and during
the prize drawing at the end
of the day.

To enter the prize drawing,
attendees must get a
“treasure map” stamped
at the booths.

briefing opportunities:

Briefing Suites are small
meeting rooms, setup with:

▪ Projection Screen

▪ Color logo on banner hung
outside room

▪ Link from web agenda to

▪ Disk with attendee info

▪ Two lunch passes

▪ Afternoon briefing passes

▪ Poster tack and supplies to
hang banners & brochures

Labs are setup classroom style in a larger room, usually designed for hands-on training sessions.

Super Sessions are large meeting rooms for high-traffic addresses.  One-hour briefing slots are available on a space-available basis.  An LCD projector will be setup in the room for your use.
